Amendment 0005 to Solicitation SPE608-26-R-0200 is being issued to reduce quantities and extend the closing date.

A) Reduce Quantities for Requirements

1) Closing Date for This Amendment: Offers responding to this amendment are due Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 3:00 PM EST, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time.

(1)          Where is the barge sourcing F76/JP5? 

(2)          After the contract is awarded, how soon can the barge start issuing fuel?
