The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition ServicesDirectorate (AQD) plans to proceed with the closeout of contracts in accordance withFAR 4.308. The contracts listed in the attachment have an expired period ofperformance, are fully invoiced, and have a remaining balance of zero dollars. Thisnotice serves as advance notification to the vendors identified in the attached contractlist regarding the upcoming closeout action. Unilateral contract closeout will begin tenbusiness days after the posting of this announcement. If you prefer a bilateral contractcloseout modification or have a valid reason why we should not proceed with thecloseout, please contact the point of contact (POC) listed in this announcement beforethe closing date
