Description

The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking proposals for hosting services of a shared instance of ArchivesSpace, an open-source software, to be used by libraries across all CUNY campuses in New York City. The contract includes one-time setup, configuration, and data conversion services to launch CUNY's collections on the ArchivesSpace platform, as well as ongoing administration and maintenance of the collections and their web presentation. The contract term is five years, and the procurement aims to meet specific goals for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses and minority/women business enterprises.
