The Library of Congress is seeking information from industry on a commercial, cloud-native Digital Rights Management (DRM) solution to secure and manage over 2 million digital files annually. - Government Buyer: - Library of Congress, Contracts Services - Located at 101 Independence Ave SE LA 325, Washington, DC 20540 - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial, API-driven DRM solution - Must secure digital assets at rest and in transit - Enforce persistent usage rights and support encryption, access control, and auditing - Integrate with custom Java, Python, and Angular applications - Support authentication via MS Entra and login.gov - Handle a wide range of file types: audio, video, office documents, images, and text - Operate in a cloud-native environment (AWS and Azure) - Provide technical details on architecture, API capabilities, security, and compliance (including FedRAMP status) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the RFI is open to all qualified commercial providers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Must be API-driven and cloud-native - Integration with both AWS and Azure - Compatibility with federal authentication systems (MS Entra, login.gov) - FedRAMP compliance or status is important - High-volume management (2+ million files/year) - Place of Performance: - Library of Congress (Washington, DC) - Cloud environments (AWS & Azure)
