Project # 42M-08501-5J, Repair Fire Damage, Bldg. # 608, Room 207, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community – Rose Barracks which requires the following work:

Dismantling, thorough cleaning, intermediate storage and re-mounting of sanitary equipment. Dismantling of the gypsum board ceiling and installation of a new ceiling. Basic cleaning of tile flooring and new wall tiling on top of existing tiling (except for the shower area). Basic cleaning of tiling and installation of water-tight sandwich slabs as new walls panels (shower area). Cleaning of wall and ceiling surfaces in the living/sleeping space of the apartment and subsequent new paint finish. Thorough cleaning of all floors as well as coating of PVC flooring. Replacing broken fly screen in window. Replace bathroom mirror cabinet including lighting. Install new ceiling lighting and fan in bathroom. Cut vent holes into bathroom door Install new ceiling lighting in living space and hallway

Perform final cleaning of all installed equipment, light switches, power outlets, radiators, doors and windows
