This requirement is in support of USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19), which requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)- authorized Technician(s) from Kingfisher to provide system programming, testing, and maintenance of the Government installed Temporary Fire and Flood Detection System.

This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award.
