CCTV System Upgrade for 10 Dormitory Buildings at F.E. Warren AFB

The U.S. Air Force at F.E. Warren Air Force Base is seeking information from industry for a comprehensive CCTV system upgrade across 10 dormitory buildings. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, F.E. Warren Air Force Base - 90th Contracting Squadron (90 CONS PK) - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and replacement of existing CCTV systems in 10 dormitory buildings - 422 new CCTV cameras (1080p, 30 FPS, 79.8-degree field of view, license plate reading, weather-resistant, WDR, pan/tilt/zoom) - 10 Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 - 10 Monitors - 10 Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units (minimum 90 minutes battery life) - 10 Keyboards - 10 Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches - Installation services, including conduit/wire work, daily area maintenance, and post-installation cleanup - Initial training for Dorm Management on system use and DVR footage export - 1-year warranty on equipment and labor - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Use of existing Cat 6 cabling - Cameras must support license plate reading and be weather-resistant - UPS units must provide at least 90 minutes of backup - Training and warranty are mandatory - Installation must be completed within 120 days of contract award (extensions possible for abatement needs) - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are specified; the government is conducting market research to identify capable sources - NAICS code: 561621 (Security Systems Services, except Locksmith)

Description

Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, parts and labor necessary to remove and replace Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras & Systems as required in the Statement of Work (SOW), to include Digital Video Recorders (DVR's), Cameras, Uninterupted Power Supply (UPS), Power over Ethernet (PoE) Switches, and Monitors in 10 Dormitory Buildings. Contractor will use existing Cat 6 cables.  

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this sources sought,  either before or after closing date. In the event the Government cancels this sources sought, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement FA461326Q2005, for work at F.E. Warren Air Force Base (FE Warren AFB), Wyoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmith) with a Small Business Standard of $25 Million dollars is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sourc es sought announcement. No solicitaion is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. FE Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement in Attachment 1- Statement of Work (DRAFT). All interested parties are invited to send a capability statement that should briefly describe how your company can satisfy the  requirement described above, provide comments on the attached statement, and submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement. All comments and questions need to be submitted electronically via email.
