The U.S. Air Force at Dyess Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive relocation services for government office furniture and equipment as part of a building move project. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS/PKB), Dyess Air Force Base, Texas - Scope of Work: - Relocate office furniture and equipment from Buildings 7233 and 4230 to renovated Building 6015 at Dyess AFB - Items to be moved include: - 4 cabinets - 61 chairs - 12 couches - 1 credenza - 11 desks - 2 floor lamps - 5 microwaves - 40 monitors - 17 printers - 4 refrigerators - 10 safes - 5 shelves - 10 heavy duty shredders - 1 large metal cabinet - 10 portable air conditioning units - 8 standing desks - 23 tables - 2 time zone clocks - 5 televisions - 150 boxes of office supplies - 75 large packing boxes (18"x18"x24") - 75 medium packing boxes (18"x18"x16") - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, packing materials, supervision, secure transport, and debris removal - Strict security, safety, and access protocols required, including contractor badges and vehicle identification - Contractor responsible for protecting government facilities during the move - Services Requested: - Full-service relocation, including packing, moving, and setup at the new location - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be completed within a five-day window after delivery of supplies - Packing by government occupants to be completed by day 3; moving occurs on days 4 and 5 - Set aside for Small Business, including Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, HUBZone, and Section 8(a) businesses - Estimated contract value is up to $34,000,000 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product brands are specified; the requirement is for moving services and not for the purchase of new equipment - Place of Performance: - Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, specifically Buildings 7233, 4230, and 6015

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .

2. Technical Plan IAW SOW

*The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.Deadline for Questions pertaining to this solicitation:
