1. General Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals developed with AI will be disqualified.

2. Statement of Work (SOW) Summary
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the testing and maintenance of facility generators. Full SOW is an attachment.
3. Proposal Submittals (Instructions to Offerors)
To be considered for award, offerors must submit the following:
Technical Approach: A detailed description of your approach to a successful testing and maintenance plan. Experience & Past Performance: References for 3 to 5 contracts of similar size and nature performed within the last ten (10) years. Note: Failure to provide these references will result in a non-responsive proposal. Financial Proposal: Pricing for quarterly maintenance and load testing per generator. Include a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) spreadsheet with: Repair Hourly Rates (Normal and After-Hours). Percentage Markup for cost-on-repair components. Material Mark-up. Evaluation & Award Factors
The USHMM will make a single award to the responsible Offeror whose offer is determined to be the Best Value to the Government. Evaluation criteria are:
Technical Approach: Effectiveness and clarity of the maintenance plan. Past Performance: Quality and relevance of experience gained in the past 10 years. Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
