Houston City College (HCC) is seeking qualified consultants to stabilize and optimize its Anaplan system for the Office of Financial Planning & Budget. - Government Buyer: - Houston City College (HCC), Office of Financial Planning & Budget, Procurement Operations Department - OEM Highlight: - Anaplan is the sole OEM platform involved in this engagement - Vendors/Consultants: - Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience - Required: Anaplan Certified Model Builder credentials (Level 2 or 3 preferred) - Services Requested: - Comprehensive assessment and audit of the current Anaplan system - Model optimization and structural improvements - Updates to pages and reports supporting the annual budget process - Development of the annual Budget Book - Review and enhancement of budget input and revenue processes - Ensure 100% reconciliation between Anaplan outputs and source systems - Complete documentation for all changes - Notable Requirements: - 35% small business participation goal - Performance and payment bonds, and insurance required - Services may be performed remotely or onsite - Estimated Contract Value: - $100,000 to $150,000 - Place of Performance: - Houston City College, 3100 Main Street, 11th Floor, Houston, TX 77002
