The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking suppliers for a multi-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide hose assemblies for steam and tool air service at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division (DLA-PME) - Office: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF Maintenance Facility Receiving Officer - Products Requested: - Hose assemblies for steam service (1" and 2" ID x 25' long, black EPDM synthetic rubber, wire reinforced, stainless steel liner) - Part numbers: 20019141 / MS11 (1"), 20019154 / MS26 (2") - Quantities: 250, 263, 276, 486 (1" hoses); 400, 420, 3241, 3403 (2" hoses) per line item - Fittings: Dixon (Boss M Stem P/N: MS11, MS26), Campbell IC-Series clamps - Hydrostatic testing to 290 PSIG, Certificate of Conformance required - Hose assemblies for tool air (1/2" ID x 50' long, red EPDM synthetic rubber, 300 PSI WP) - Part numbers: 20026980 / 3L27G / 3R27 - Quantities: 2800, 2940, 305, 290 per line item - Fittings: Hansen 3L27G male plug with bleeder ball check, Hansen 3R27 female socket - Fully coupled, assembled, tested, and packaged in fiberboard boxes - Notable Requirements: - All hoses must be hydrostatically tested and marked - Certificate of Conformance (COC) required for each assembly - COTS items are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements if properly identified - Delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA - FOB Destination - No specific OEMs are named, but Dixon, Campbell, and Hansen are referenced for fittings and components - Contract period spans five years with annual delivery orders and specified quantities

THIS IDIQ SOLICITATION FOR HOSES AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE  SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

If choosing to quote, please complete and return the solicitation packet to me by the closing date to be considered.  

IN ORDER TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE, THE SOLICITATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Fill out box 17A, then Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c.

2. Provide your cage code.

3. Please quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.

4. Annotate the lead time.

5. Annotate the name of the manufacturer, and the products country of manufacturing.

6. Return this information with your quote.

In order to be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
