The 366th Contracting Squadron (366 CONS) at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB), Idaho is gauging the interest of total small business set aside with further potential set aside into socioeconomic categories.
Contracting requires the renovation of the Base Chapel to address multiple failing building components. The following work shall be IAW with manufacture instructions in conjunction with the SOW.
Installation of a new fire suppression system. Demolish and dispose of Masonry Wall. Provide concrete landing with ABA compliant metal railings. Disposal of entire existing composite roof and replace with new metal roof. Replace various windows, doors, and floor coverings. Room 111, demolish and dispose of all existing steam boiler. New emergency lights throughout facility. Full restroom renovation.
All IAW the statement of work (SOW).
The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
