Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in RFO 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

This acquisition is issued as an Other Than Full and Open Competition. 

The Air Force Sustainment Center's Enterprise/Specialized Contracting Branch (AFSC/PZIEC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the AFAS Technical Support Services.
