The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to supply, install, and provide training for an Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system at the Bakersfield VA Clinic, part of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) - VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Bakersfield VA Clinic - Products/Services Requested: - Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) System with table and software - Must include: active eye tracking, widefield/ultra-widefield retinal imaging lens (110-220° field of view), OCTA technology (85-125 kHz), anterior segment OCT add-on lens and software, widefield imaging module (≥55° field of view), and advanced glaucoma diagnostic software - High image quality and reproducibility, visualization of up to 10 retinal layers, micron-level (3.9 µm) axial resolution - Multimodal imaging support: HRA, OCT, OCTA, FA, ICGA, autofluorescence - Installation and one-time staff training at the Bakersfield VA Clinic - Includes equipment testing and documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must integrate with existing systems and meet detailed technical specifications - Delivery, installation, and training must occur during normal duty hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays) - Emphasis on uninterrupted patient care and seamless workflow integration - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; responses are for planning purposes - Place of Performance: - Bakersfield VA Clinic, 900 Old River Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93311

The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Bakersfield VA Clinic requires a contractor to supply, training on, and install optical coherence tomography system (OCT) with a table throughout the Bakersfield VA Clinic. The contractor will be required to supply, train, and install Tomography System, Optical Coherence, OCT Systems with Active Eye Tracking / Tracking OCT System, Widefield/ultra-widefield retinal imaging Lens, OCTA Technology, Anterior Segment OCT, Widefield Imaging Module, and Software, to help in improving patient care within Bakersfield VA Clinic without interruption and delivered in August of 2026.
