The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is seeking proposals for Energy Savings Performance Contracting Services for selected Authority facilities. The selected provider will assist with preliminary assessments, Investment Grade Audits (IGA), development of energy conservation measures (ECMs), implementation support if authorized, and long-term measurement and verification using M&V Option C (Whole Facility). This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP) and not an offer to enter into a contract. Online submissions through wvOASIS are currently prohibited.
