This is a log cabin built in the late 1940s. There are large gaps between the logs and holes from woodpeckers throughout the exterior of the cabin. This has allowed rodents and other bugs to infest the cabin's interior. The cabin needs maintenance, specifically chinking and filling in holes in the exterior logs to prevent further damage. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision IAW the Statement of Work, drawings and applicable specifications.
