Description

The State of Iowa is seeking qualified bidders to provide access control products, services, installation, and ongoing support for access control, security, and camera systems at State owned and leased locations throughout Iowa. The systems shall provide centralized control, monitoring, data collection, and optimization of access control, security, and camera systems. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with task orders defining specific work locations, quantities, schedules, and deliverables. Design work will be performed by the Design and Construction Resources Bureau or a third party, as the State does not permit a design-build approach. Contracts will be awarded to responsible bidders offering the best discount for each brand-name line item, and bidders may submit bids for one or multiple brands.
