Description

This notice is for informational purposes only. The 436 Contracting Office, Dover AFB, DE intends to award a sole source requirement to Black River Systems Company, Inc for Ninja TRX Kits and Ninja Masts. Due to the integration of equipment already in use and due to proprietary specialized equipment only brand name will suffice.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to satisfy the requirement listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
