The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, is seeking information from qualified providers for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services to support the reintegration of federal offenders in Wisconsin. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Residential Reentry - CO - Services Requested: - Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for male and female offenders - Up to 50 in-house placements in Rock, Dane, Green, and Jefferson counties, Wisconsin - Comprehensive management including staffing, facility compliance, programming, medical, food, and sanitation services - Staff training, resident accountability, and individualized program plans required - Home Confinement (HC) services - Up to 30 placements within 200 miles of the RRC facility - Monitoring and support for offenders in home confinement - Additional service requirements: - Background investigations for contract staff - Drug and alcohol testing (urinalysis surveillance) - Adherence to legal, health, and safety regulations - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with federal, state, and local regulations - Providers must demonstrate capability for comprehensive offender management and reintegration programming - Feedback is requested from community service providers regarding feasibility and local considerations - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

This announcement is posted as a Request For Information (RFI) only for an intended upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the SAM.gov website. This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This upcoming solicitation will be for both Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services for male and female offenders located within one of the following Wisconsin Counties: Rock, Dane, Green, Jefferson. Home Confinement radius is within 200 miles of the RRC facility. The solicitation is anticipated to be for an IDIQ contract with tiered pricing. There will be a guaranteed minimum and an estimated maximum number of placements, to include in-house, and home confinement residents. It is anticipated that all services will be solicited under a single procurement and will require that the successful offeror provide all services. The requirement is anticipated to be for an estimated maximum of 50 In-House placements and 30 Home Confinement placements. The Bureau would like input from providers of services in the community as to the feasibility of providing these services in this geographical area.
