RFI: Occupational and Urgent Care Medical Services for Diplomatic Security Training Facility

The Department of State is seeking industry input for providing comprehensive occupational and urgent care medical services at its Bureau of Diplomatic Security Training Facility in Blackstone, Virginia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - Bureau of Medical Services - Office of Acquisitions Management supporting Bureau of Medical Services - Acquisitions - AQM Momentum office, Washington, DC - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Requested Services: - Occupational and urgent care medical support for up to 1,350 personnel (600 permanent staff, 750 trainees) - Staffing and operation of an on-site medical clinic (40 hours per week) - Clinical care, nursing support, and telehealth for quarantined employees - Limited CLIA-waived laboratory testing and infectious disease testing - Occupational surveillance and limited vaccinations - Health education and regular reporting, credentialing, and compliance documentation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Medical support must cover both permanent staff and trainees - Clinic must be staffed with specified medical personnel - Services include both in-person and telehealth capabilities - Compliance with credentialing and reporting standards is required

Description

This is an Request for Information (RFI) to support the Department of State's (DoS) Training mission domestically at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security’s (DS) training site in Blackstone, Virginia. DoS has a need for for occupational and urgent care medical services to the employees and trainees supporting the State Department training mission at Blackstone VA.
