Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Building Commissioning Services for various projects on an as-needed basis. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) where price information is not required in the submittal packages. The contract will cover multiple projects, including those with estimated expenditures under $500,000, identified in the 2026 Capital Improvement Plan or subsequent updates. Selected firms will be assigned work via task orders and must comply with North Carolina licensing requirements. The county may select up to four qualified firms and reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or negotiate separately for projects.
