Synopsis:

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, is issuing this sources sought notice to identify parties capable of executing a lighting and electrical modernization project.

The requirement is for the installation of new lighting and controls in a high bay area of a facility. Key tasks include the installation of conduit and high bay LED light fixtures controlled in three zones, the installation of nine 120-volt receptacles, and the demolition of the existing electrical room and its associated equipment.

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the work.

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award.
