The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport, is seeking industry input for a potential project to modernize lighting and electrical circuits in a high bay facility area. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport - Products/Services Requested: - Installation of new conduit for electrical circuits - Installation of high bay LED light fixtures with three-zone controls - Installation of nine 120-volt electrical receptacles - Demolition and removal of the existing electrical room and associated equipment - Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Operations Security (OPSEC) as outlined in the NAVSEA OPSEC Guide for Contractors - Contractors must have an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level prior to contract award; offerors without CMMC will be ineligible - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are mentioned in the notice - This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought, not a solicitation for proposals

Synopsis:

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, is issuing this sources sought notice to identify parties capable of executing a lighting and electrical modernization project.

The requirement is for the installation of new lighting and controls in a high bay area of a facility. Key tasks include the installation of conduit and high bay LED light fixtures controlled in three zones, the installation of nine 120-volt receptacles, and the demolition of the existing electrical room and its associated equipment.

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the work.

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award.
