This sources sought synopsis is intended to identify potential qualified vendors and determine their size classification under NAICS code 333310 or any other appropriate NAICS code provided in the response. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs, is seeking sources that can provide USA domestic made Janitorial Carts and Accessories for the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide and deliver equipment as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the supplies will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the supplies that fulfill the required specifications. ______________________________________________________________________________ If you are interested and are capable of providing the sought-out supplies, please provide the requested information as well as the information indicated below. Please submit your capabilities regarding the Statement of Work (SOW) being provided and any information pertaining to brand name items to establish capabilities for planning purposes. Include clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that all brand name items meet all the salient characteristics mentioned in the SOW.

Are the items domestic end products (manufactured in the United States)? As stated in FAR 52.225-1 Buy American SUPPLIES.

Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email to ian.putnam@va.gov. Telephone responses shall not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 10 AM PST, Monday, May, 04, 2026. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this source sought notice.
