The DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, Network 23 Contracting Office, is conducting research and is issuing this Sources Sought to learn of the availability of capable and qualified business sources to fulfill the attached Statement of Work. This is NOT a solicitation. The NAICS code is 221310. The PSC code is J046.
REQUIREMENT: Reverse Osmosis Maintenance Service Contract, Base Year plus 4 Year Option Year.
The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide maintenance and testing of the reverse osmosis water purification system at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa 52246. Reverse osmosis testing is required to comply with AAMIST-108 for critical and utility water.

INSTRUCTIONS:
a) Interested parties shall fill out Attachment 1 and submit it with their expression of interest to the email addresses above.
b) Interested parties may also include a capabilities statement and other company literature.
c) QUESTIONS may be submitted but questions are not being answered at this time. All questions will be studied and if necessary, used to revise, correct or clarify the Statement of Work. Any future solicitation will include a period for submitting questions, and answers will be provided with enough time for sources to reasonably contemplate the information before submitting a proposal.
d) See 3 (three) attachments including the Statement of Work.
