Description

Ramsey County, State of Minnesota is seeking proposals from community organizations to design, permit, construct, maintain, and operate boat storage facilities for boats used on the Gervais/Spoon/Keller chain of lakes. The selected organization will be responsible for all aspects of the facility including staging, inspections, and cleanup. In return, the County will lease the site to the organization at a negotiated rate. The solicitation includes a non-mandatory pre-bid conference held on-site at Keller Regional Park, Spoon Lake.
