Description
The purpose of this notice is to release draft solicitation materials for industry review and feedback in advance of an anticipated competitive RFQ for the CenTAM requirement. The Government anticipates issuing this requirement as a competitive RFQ under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).
Only Small Businesses, including eligible Joint Ventures, holding the applicable GSA MAS Information Technology Category SIN 54151S will be eligible to submit quotations. The Government’s intent is to receive all questions and comments during this pre-solicitation period to identify discrepancies, ambiguities, and areas requiring clarification prior to finalizing the solicitation.
The Government does not intend to conduct a formal question and answer period after issuance of the final RFQ. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit all questions and comments during this pre-solicitation phase.
The Government reserves the right to not respond to all or any questions or comments received. However, feedback received may be used, at the Government’s discretion, to clarify and refine requirements/sections in the final solicitation. The Government reserves the right to open an additional round of questions after the Final RFQ is issued if determined to be necessary and in the Government’s best interest.
