The U.S. Embassy to the Belgium intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Delivery and Installation of Substantial Doors.

BPA is not a standard agreement or Contract as it does not involve any financial commitment. Rather, it serves as an overarching agreement that allows the individuals named on the agreement to request services.

It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $40,000 to register on the website “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as the company’s legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers.
