Irving Independent School District (ISD) is seeking proposals for as-needed general maintenance and facilities services to support its operations. - Scope of Services: - Wide range of skilled trades and general services, including: - Carpentry, millwork, and sheet metal fabrication - Painting, plumbing, and electrical work - Locksmith services and welding - Bricklaying, concrete/asphalt, and flooring - Automotive and bus repair, oil changes, and inspections - Large kitchen equipment and small appliance repair - HVAC/refrigeration, generator, and equipment maintenance - Outdoor equipment repair (mowers, weed eaters, blowers) - Crane services, fence installation/repair, landscaping, and irrigation - Power washing, signage, and technology services - Disaster recovery, remediation, and emergency restoration - Towing, tire removal, waste oil removal, and other related services - No specific OEMs or part numbers are required; solicitation is open to all qualified service providers, including sole source vendors - Vendors must provide hourly rates and discounts for parts/materials; services are procured per project via purchase orders - Multiple contracts may be awarded for short-term projects - Unique Requirements: - Vendors must submit required federal forms and documentation - Electronic submission is strongly encouraged; no emailed or faxed bids accepted - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Primary locations include the Facilities Warehouse at 3620 Valley View, Irving, TX 75062, and other Irving ISD facilities - Contract Term: - Base term of one year with up to four additional one-year renewal options (maximum five years total)
