The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking industry input for a planned Depot Support contract focused on Offensive Cyber Systems at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), HNCK Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, Contracting Branch - Office located at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland, Texas - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity - Relevant technologies include Microsoft, Red Hat, and VMware software - Products/Services Requested: - Hardware: servers, switches, firewalls, workstations, KVM devices - Software: Microsoft Server 2022+, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware, Windows 11 Enterprise - Services: - Tier 1-3 support for complex information systems (repair, update, return to service) - Creation of virtual machines, networks, and infrastructures in air-gapped environments - Hardware/software configuration baseline maintenance - Service-oriented architecture installation and maintenance - Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance and approvals (IATT, ATC, ATO) - System scans and continuous monitoring (STIG, ACAS, security posture reviews) - Technical documentation (user manuals, design docs, installation guides, technical reports) - Operation of a contractor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in San Antonio with AFSCI terminals and space for 8-10 positions - Operation of unclassified server space for Test & Integration system updates - 24/7 Help Desk services with ticket maintenance and on-call support - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide and operate a SCIF in the San Antonio area - Unclassified server space with internet connectivity for offsite test and integration - Workforce must have TS/SCI and some Special Access eligibility - All work is in support of offensive cyber operations and sustainment - No specific product part numbers or purchase quantities are listed - All technical and scope details are for planning and market research purposes only

Description

(U) This Request for Information (RFI) is in accordance with the Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) clause 52.215-3 (Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes - Oct 1997) and is published only to obtain information for use by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center(AFLCMC), Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland, Texas, for planning purposes only.

(U) This RFI does not constitute an invitation for bids, a request for proposal, a solicitation, a request for quote or an indication that the Government will contract for the items provided by submitter. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with the preparation or submission of the information requested. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any potential offeror's ability to submit an offer if a solicitation is released. Any requests for a solicitation package will be disregarded. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of preparing submissions in response to this RFI and the Government's use of such information.

(U) Submittals will not be returned to the sender. Respondents of this RFI may be requested to provide additional information/details based on their initial submittals.
