Synopsis:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in the renovation of the laboratory per astatement below.
The project will require the contractor to remove and replace counters, sinks and counter mounted utilities, asbestos abatement, epoxy flooring and installation of new ductless split unit.
The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the work.
This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award.
