The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is seeking industry input for a laboratory upgrade and building renovation project at its Keyport facility. - Government Buyer: - Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - Project Scope: - Removal and replacement of laboratory counters, sinks, and counter-mounted utilities - Asbestos abatement throughout the renovation area - Installation of new epoxy flooring - Installation of a new ductless split HVAC unit - Contractors must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Operations Security (OPSEC) as outlined in the NAVSEA OPSEC Guide for Defense Contractors - Contractors must have an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) per DFARS 204.75 to be eligible for award - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, part numbers, or quantities are identified at this stage - The opportunity is currently in the market research (sources sought) phase

Synopsis:

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in the renovation of the laboratory per astatement below.

The project will require the contractor to remove and replace counters, sinks and counter mounted utilities, asbestos abatement, epoxy flooring and installation of new ductless split unit.

The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the work.

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award.
