SCO Family of Services is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide pest control services across multiple program and administrative locations in New York City and Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties). The services include routine preventative maintenance, monitoring, and emergency response following Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. Vendors must comply with all regulatory requirements and SCO policies, including safeguarding and abuse-prevention standards. The contract term is initially one year with an option to renew, and SCO anticipates awarding one or two vendors capable of delivering consistent services across the portfolio sites.
