Description

The space should accommodate 600 employees with convenient access to mass transportation and include specific build-out requirements such as private offices, open plan layouts, conference rooms, and support spaces. Proposals must also address sustainability, resiliency, and compliance with Executive Order 22. The lease term is anticipated to commence in Summer 2028.
