The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of National Institute of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) anticipates issuing two Time-and-Materials (T&M) Task Orders against the internal AQD-issued Biomedical Information Technology, Software Development, and Informatics Support (BITSDIS) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to provide a variety of biomedical informatics support services for the NCI CBIIT's Clinical Trials Reporting Program (CTRP). This Determination and Findings (D&F) is executed in support of both Task Order 140D0426R0052 - CTRP-CSE and Task Order 140D0426R0055 - CTRO-SS.
