Dear prospective quoter, 

we are reaching out on behalf of the U.S. Embassy in Ljubljana, Slovenia regarding an upcoming large-scale event—America’s Freedom 250 Fourth of July celebration.

Event Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia Event Date: June 17, 2026

We are currently exploring catering options and would like to learn more about potentially partnering with you. 

We are expecting approximately 2,000 guests in total. The event will be divided into two main sections:

VIP Section (approx. 1,500 guests): We are seeking a more elevated, premium menu with higher-end offerings. Ideally, this would be an American-style cuisine, but this is not necessarily required for the VIP section. This would not be plated, but instead, passed heavy hors d'oeuvres.  General Admission Section (approx. 500-1000): We are interested in classic American-style food, similar to what one might find at a ballpark or fairground (e.g., burgers, hot dogs, BBQ, etc.). Again, this would not be plated. 

At this stage, we would appreciate any initial information you can provide regarding:

Menu options for both premium and casual service tiers; Service styles (buffet, food stations, plated, etc.); and Staffing and logistical capabilities for an event of this size. 

We kindly request a preliminary quote or pricing estimate based on the above parameters, along with any relevant materials (sample menus, photos, references, etc.) that would help us better understand your offerings.
