NH Army and Air National Guard Seek Contractor for 2026 Youth Summer Camp and Meal Services

This opportunity involves the New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) and New Hampshire Air National Guard (NHANG) seeking a contractor to deliver a 4-day, 3-night residential summer camp for approximately 50 youth and teens (ages 9-17) who are dependents of NHARNG/NHANG service members. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army - New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) - New Hampshire Air National Guard (NHANG) - Products/Services Requested: - Residential summer camp services for 50 youth and teens, including: - Lodging (separated by gender, with adequate beds and facilities) - On-site meals: 150 breakfasts, 200 lunches, 150 dinners (must meet GSA M&IE rates and accommodate dietary restrictions) - Camp activities focused on leadership, resiliency, team building, and personal development - Program management, including qualified staff with curriculum experience, first aid/CPR training, and background checks - Management of special needs and dietary requirements - Transportation for offsite trips if applicable - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be ACA (American Camp Association) accredited - Must hold a valid New Hampshire Youth Recreation Camp License - All facilities and services must be located within New Hampshire - Meals must be nutritionally balanced and accommodate dietary restrictions - Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation. - Place of performance is 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301, and all services must be delivered within New Hampshire.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number is W912TF26QA010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214 - Recreational and Vacation Camps (Except Campgrounds), a small business size standard of $9M. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 19 May 2026, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The NH Army National Guard requires the following items:  

CLIN 0001: 2026 Youth Summer Camp (QTY= 1 Job)

Must meet the following salient characteristics:

The contractor shall provide a summer camp for youths as described in the performance work statement.  Please see the performance work statement for a complete description of the Government’s need.  

All facilities must be located within the geographical confines of the state of New Hampshire.

Period of performance is from 26 July 2026 to 29 July 2026.

CLIN 0002: Breakfast Meals (QTY= 1 Job)

Provide on-site breakfast for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance.

CLIN 0003: Lunch Meals (QTY= 1 Job)

Provide on-site lunch for 50 youth (200 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance.

CLIN 0004: Dinner Meals (QTY= 1 Job)

Provide on-site dinner for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance.

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
