Description
Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified design firms to provide additional professional services related to district construction projects. The services sought include testing and verification for various facilities projects, including those under the 2024 Bond Program, covering disciplines such as indoor air quality consulting, land surveying, traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering and testing, materials testing, building commissioning, construction inspection, landscape architecture, roof consulting, acoustical consulting, kitchen consulting, and technology and IT consulting. This RFQ excludes general architecture or engineering services. The district will create a pool of qualified firms in each service category for project assignments over a term of at least five years.
