Nunavut Standing Offer Agreements for Creative Services and Event Management

The Government of Nunavut is seeking multiple vendors to provide creative services and event management through Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) for use by various departments and agencies across Nunavut. - Government Buyer: - Government of Nunavut - Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Nunavut - On behalf of Department of Executive and Intergovernmental Affairs - Scope of Services: - Content development and editorial services (writing, editing, translation, proofreading in English, Inuktitut, French, Inuinnaqtun) - Communications planning (strategy, training, community engagement, social media planning) - Design and print services (publications, collateral, electronic media, multi-language integration) - Multimedia and graphic web design (Drupal-based websites, interactive media, mobile apps, training) - Branding and marketing (market research, visual identity, social marketing campaigns) - Audio, video, and photography (production, editing, voice-overs, cultural/language considerations) - Event management (conferences, workshops, logistics, Nunavut cultural elements) - Unique Requirements: - Emphasis on Inuit labor participation and local business engagement per Nunavummi Nangminiqaqtunik Ikajuuti (NNI) Regulations - Ability to deliver services in multiple languages and with rapid turnaround (as fast as 24 hours) - Services must be tailored to Nunavut audiences and cultural context - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or named vendors; open to qualified providers - Eligible Users: - All Government of Nunavut departments, agencies, and territorial corporations (e.g., Nunavut Arctic College, Nunavut Housing Corporation, Qulliq Energy Corporation) - Period of Performance: - SOAs established for up to three years; individual service requests will specify delivery timelines - Place of Performance: - Primarily Nunavut, including Iqaluit and other government facilities

The Government of Nunavut's Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, on behalf of the Department of Executive and Intergovernmental Affairs, is soliciting proposals for Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) for Creative Services and Event Management. The scope includes content development, communications planning, design and print services, multimedia and web design, branding and marketing, audio/video/photography, and event management services.
