MEMS is seeking qualification submissions from area Commercial Contractors/Renovators to construct an aluminum awning/cover over a patio located at MEMS Headquarters in Little Rock, AR. The contractor must be a full-service provider capable of overseeing all work phases necessary to complete the addition/renovation, and must be licensed, insured, bonded, and in good standing with the Arkansas Attorney General's office and BBB. A mandatory on-site inspection and Q&A will be held at MEMS Headquarters, after which qualified suppliers may submit their qualifications for review. Selected suppliers will be eligible to submit a cost proposal.
