The City of Thornton, Arkansas is seeking qualified engineering and grant administration firms or individuals to assist with an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant application and potential project for water and/or wastewater system improvements. The selection will be based on specialized experience, technical competence, performance, capacity, and familiarity with the project area.
