NW Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS) is seeking a qualified research partner to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Adult Protective Services (APS) screening models. The study will compare local office-based screening versus centralized screening systems, assessing operational effectiveness, consumer outcomes, timeliness, accuracy of screening determinations, and system sustainability. The evaluation will include both quantitative and qualitative analyses and provide evidence-based recommendations. There is no pre-bid conference, and questions can be directed via email.
