Description

The Town of Jupiter is seeking qualified firms to provide plan review, inspection, and permit technician services on an as-needed basis to support Building Department operations. The contractor will review construction documents, perform field inspections, process permit applications, and assist customers in compliance with the Florida Building Code and local regulations. All personnel must hold appropriate State of Florida certifications and licenses. The contract term is five years with options to renew for up to three additional one-year terms.
