The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified firm to perform all duties of the Assessment Engineer to levy annual assessments for the Hilltop and Marina Landscape Maintenance Assessment Districts for Fiscal Years 2026–2029. The contract term is three years starting July 1, 2026, with options to extend for two additional one-year terms.
