Ramsey County, Minnesota is seeking community organizations to design, permit, construct, maintain, and operate boat storage facilities for boats used on the Gervais/Spoon/Keller chain of lakes. The selected organization(s) will be responsible for all aspects of the facility including staging, inspections, and cleanup. In return, the County will lease the site to the organization(s) at a negotiated rate. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on-site at Keller Regional Park, Spoon Lake.
