The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division for the Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Children and Families, is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for drug and alcohol testing services. These services are intended for selected Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) clients and other clients/applicants as needed. The solicitation includes various testing types such as drug testing for fentanyl and tramadol, alcohol testing, and expert witness testimony services.
