Description

The U.S. Army is conducting the xTech|Phantum competition to identify innovative quantum sensor and photonics solutions from eligible small businesses. The competition focuses on four main topics: quantum sensors and clocks for positioning, navigation, and timing; quantum radio frequency sensors; quantum electromagnetic sensors; and photonics for secure communication and data processing. Winners of the competition will be eligible to submit Phase I Army SBIR proposals with funding up to $300,000 for feasibility studies. The competition includes prize money and opportunities for technology transition and commercialization.
