The project includes electrical service restoration, interior lighting replacements, stadium lighting replacements, power factor correction, and electrical subpanel metering and monitoring additions across multiple campuses. The construction budget is approximately $2,000,000 with anticipated construction starting in May 2026 and substantial completion by August 2027. The selected CMAR will provide pre-construction assistance and manage the construction phase, coordinating work around student occupancy and holidays.
