Sarpy County is seeking a contractor for a comprehensive remodel and exterior addition to the loading dock at the Sarpy County Courthouse in Papillion, NE. - Government Buyer: - Sarpy County (Purchasing Department, Facilities Management, and Purchasing Office) - OEMs and Vendors: - Exo (manufacturer of specified lighting fixtures, part number SGC-F-60-LSCS) - Clark & Enersen, Inc. Description

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor for the remodel of the loading dock at the County Courthouse located at 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, NE. The project includes demolition of part of the existing building adjacent to the loading dock, addition of a new overhead door and dock surface, extension of existing fencing, rerouting of some utilities, replacement of stairs and paving, and installation of a new metal canopy for walkway and parking cover. The scope covers site clearing, selective demolition, concrete work, metal fabrication, carpentry, painting, overhead door installation, canopy installation, paving, fencing, electrical and mechanical services, and hazardous material handling. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026, and bids are due by April 24, 2026.
