Service New Brunswick, part of the Government of New Brunswick, is seeking a five-year lease for a fully integrated production print solution for its Print Centre in Fredericton. - Government Buyer: - Service New Brunswick (SNB) Print Centre, Government of New Brunswick - OEMs and Vendors: - Only new, original manufacturer (OEM) equipment is permitted - Examples of acceptable OEMs include Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Xerox - Bidders must be authorized by the OEM to sell and service the equipment - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) black and white production print devices - Each with networked control PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, operator panel, status lights, and document feeder scanner - Must support 100-120 pages per minute, 32GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 6 adjustable trays, in-line finishing, 1,200 dpi resolution, and environmentally friendly toner - Two (2) color production print devices - Each with similar technical specifications as above, with 90-120 pages per minute - Print Output Management System software - Specifically Fiery Central and Adobe Pro, with licensing for all devices and related workstation hardware - Document feeder scanners for black and white devices (3 units) - Capable of full color scanning at 60 pages per minute, 600 dpi optical resolution, 100-sheet automatic feeder - Consumable parts depot/cabinet at delivery site - Includes spare toner cartridges (four per black and white device, four sets of CYMK per color device) - Services Required: - Installation and setup of all devices and software - Two hands-on training sessions (beginner and advanced), in both English and French, with manuals - Regular preventative maintenance, quarterly service calls, parts and labor, warranty coverage for full contract duration - Annual lease payments and monthly usage charges - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be new, not refurbished, and meet detailed technical specifications - Bidders must provide references for similar work - Stringent IT security requirements for all devices and software - Service response within 1 business hour, on-site technician within 4 business hours - Solution must support 8.5 million annual impressions, with a peak of 1 million monthly - All consumables and parts must be OEM and included in the contract - Delivery and installation at 230 Hilton Road, Fredericton, NB - Award will be based on the lowest compliant bid meeting all requirements

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued by Service New Brunswick for the supply, delivery, installation, training, service, and maintenance of a fully integrated production print solution. The contract is a five-year lease term from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031, covering three black and white and two color production print devices, print output management software, and training.
