The Canaveral Port Authority is seeking qualified Owner’s Representative firms to provide professional and project management services during the construction phases of the Cruise Terminal 10 Landside Improvements project in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The project includes expansion for additional queuing, passenger security screening, seating areas, a new baggage screening building, luggage laydown area, electrical and road improvements, and pier deck enhancements. Minimal work is planned for the Customs and Border Protection Federal Inspection Services area.
