Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Management department, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On Call Construction Material Testing Services for various projects on an as-needed basis. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) where price information is not required in the submittal packages. The contract requires compliance with North Carolina statutes and the services must be performed under the responsible charge of a professional licensed in North Carolina.
